While you’re looking, don’t forget about the lesser‑known cuts that are every bit as delicious: sirloin caps (picanha), ranch steaks, delmonico steaks, sierra steaks, flat iron steaks, bavette steaks, and mock tender/petite tender steaks. A few cuts may appear twice on the site — that just means we have some smaller steaks available. Give them a try; you won’t be disappointed.
