1. If you do not FILL OUT, SIGN, and RETURN the application and Rules & Procedures form you will not move forward in the process.
2. If you do not provide proof of liability insurance you will not move forward in the process.
3. Applying to the market may be paused at anytime in order for applications to be reviewed, or so the market can work through the already approved waitlist.
4. We have a waitlist of vendors that is long. If you produce a product that several others in the area also produce, there is a HIGH probability you will be waitlisted. Waitlisted applications are approved in no specific order and at the needs of the market and customer base.

Russets or Reds cut into cube sizes boil until fork tender while the potatoes are boiling make your sauce using a stick of butter and my Queens blend seasoning combine with melted butter, drain potatoes add to baking sheet pour butter mixture over mix well top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 15-20min until crispy
