Welcome to Wea Creek Orchard, a premier family farm and orchard in Lafayette, IN, founded in 2008. Here at the orchard there are many opportunities including apple and peach picking, field trips and educational opportunities, wagon rides and tours, and a market featuring jellies, butters, preserves, apple c***r, honey sourced from bees on the property, and much more. We are proud to say we’re a family-oriented, generational family farm, focused on serving the local community. We look forward to continuing our partnerships and forging new relationships with Tippecanoe, Clinton, Montgomery, Benton and surrounding counties to provide educational and entertainment events. Our hearts are so full after Saturday and we just want to say THANK YOU!

To everyone who came out specifically for the Great Apple Jam, those who stopped by to visit the orchard and unexpectedly found themselves in the middle of the festivities and everyone who spent part of their Saturday with us, THANK YOU for making our first year of the Great Apple Jam so special!

A huge thank you to Pat Loro for helping bring together such wonderful musicians and providing the ukulele Giveaways, our incredible Wea Creek Orchard team for all their hard work and Better Together C***r Truck and Famous Franks for serving up delicious food and drinks and adding even more to the experience! 🍎🎶

Days like Saturday remind us exactly why we love what we do. It's about so much more than apples and pumpkins, it's about bringing people together, making memories and creating a place where our community can simply slow down and enjoy being together.

And if you'll keep showing up, we'd love to make the Great Apple Jam a tradition for years to come! ❤️

Our Great Apple Jam Pie Baking Contest was one for the books! SO many incredible pies, lots of taste testing and some pretty tough competition!

One of our favorite parts of the day was chatting with everyone, hearing all the oohs and ahhs over those delicious pies and seeing our community come together for a little friendly competition!

We had an absolutely fantastic time and are already looking forward to doing it all again NEXT YEAR! 🥧🍏

We’re calling all home bakers and local businesses to enter the Great Apple Jam Apple Pie Baking Contest at Wea Creek Orchard!
🍎 Free to enter
🍎 Bring two 9-inch apple pies
🍎 Drop-off: October 10 from 11 AM–12 PM
🍎 Anonymous, number-based voting
🍎 Prizes for first, second and third place

Want to help choose the winner? Public tasting and voting will be open from 1:30–4:30 PM for $5 per person. While quantities last.

We are SO excited to have two delicious additions joining us for The Great Apple Jam at Wea Creek Orchard!

🍏 Better Together C***r Truck is bringing the fall drinks with fresh handcrafted c***r slushies, a rotating selection of hard c***rs from Indiana c***ries, plus non-alcoholic c***r options, so there’s something to sip for everyone.

🌭 Come hungry because Famous Franks will be here serving up the kind of over-the-top comfort food they’re known for! Think loaded sandwiches, hot dogs, grilled cheese, quesadillas, fried favorites and more. Menu selections at the event may vary, but you’ll definitely want to arrive ready to eat!

And that’s just the food & drinks. 👏
