Been super stoked on our youtiao lately. We double fry ours and toss it in a 5 spice sugar. It's kind of like a re-imagined churro. Our current set comes with yuzu creme fraiche ice cream, winter melon caramel with sprinkles and peanut sesame praline. We call it the breakfast Sundae. Only dinner time .sf

Grilled cabbage is one of my favorite things. Our favorite way is to burn the hell out of it, then confit it in a bath of rendered pork lard. Then it's grilled again with a black pepper au poivre.

We are featuring this cabbage with our chashao roast pork for our main course for our Wine & Chef Dinner with next Satuday, Sept 13.
