Red Wagon Farm Growing vegetables for Boulder County since 2004. Farm Store at 1640 W Baseline Road, Lafayette We produce over 100 different vegetables and herbs.

Red Wagon Farm is a 30 acre vegetable farm that only sells locally. We started farming in 2004. We sell direct to consumer though our amazing CSA providing veggies for a 23 week season. There are several Boulder pickup locations and an on farm pickup as well. Our quality is always extremely high. The cultivars we grow are grown for great taste. We no longer attend any farmers markets. We do sell to a few local restaurants. Our CSA is the only way to get what we grow other than dining out at restaurants we sell to.

With snow capped mountains, it feels like the perfect signal for our final week of the summer CSA. We hope you enjoyed your veggies this season as we all navigated the hot and dry conditions. There's still time to join our winter CSA if you want to keep the veggies flowing.

What a reprieve last week was from the summer heat. The signs of fall are settling in... crispy mornings, earlier sunsets, leaves beginning to change color, birds migrating, and assortments of winter squashes. Just 5 weeks left of our summer CSA!

Hello CSA Members, happy CSA Week Sweet 16!

Who knew that Elk could be a pest? Wyatt has been up for several nights this past week at the 63rd farm fending off a herd of Elk from eating our winter squash! Just another day (night?) in the life of the farm. Between that and all the other challenges this season - water, unprecedented heat, plant disease - we just want to take a moment and say a big THANK YOU for supporting Red Wagon Farm and riding these ups and downs with us. We love growing and serving you all fresh veggies. 💚

Hello CSA Members!

Just reflecting on our tomatoes... we just completed serving 4 weeks of full tomato zone! A heads up we may not see them at pickup this week (bell curve nature of harvesting and all), but we are hopeful the roma and beef tomatoes will be here soon. In other news, are preparing the fields for fall crops (turnips, radish, and spinach to name a few).
