The vibes are high as we enter the start of fall and we are grateful for the season of abundance!! We harvested literal thousands of pounds of tomatoes and peppers this week and we’re excited for ya’ll to come grab them at the Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market this Sunday! Unfortunately we will have no lettuce this week 😭 I promise we’re really trying to get some ready. But here’s everything else we’ll have for you this Sunday (9/13)

We are having our best habanero season possibly ever!!! We harvested approximately 135 pounds or 6,400 individual habaneros from our 1 and a half rows in one single harvest! Now it’s hot sauce o’clock- you can grab our habanero peach hot sauce Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market every Sunday or we triple dog dare you to come eat one 😏

This weeks photo dump! We know yall are wanting lettuce but our last round that went out got absolutely cooked in the heat despite being under shade cloth so we have just 50 bags!! It’s all oak leaf Salanova variety and was grown in our hydroponic unit! Also noting here that zucchini season is nearly over- we have some big boys for you this Sunday and we found that a great way to persevere it is to shred it and freeze it to throw in soup over the winter or even just to make a zucchini bread later.
