I love crawfish even more now! My daughter has one named Rexy, it is quite an amazing critter. I never imagined it could have worked in a brewery in another life.

Crayfish equipped with high-tech sensors have been drafted in by a Czech brewery in its quest to keep their water supply pure.

It seems to me, in those cans, there's something wonderful just waiting to get out! Dirk Diggler is releasing this Friday in the taproom (cans and draft). Doors open at 1pm. $11/6pk. 2 case max buy (250 cases). Cans will not hit distro.
