Just finished off ~ 300 truffles for the A Taste of Orthodoxy - Not your typical Greek Festival last week and baptism this coming weekend! But the more exciting news is the weather is cooling down and that means...

Time to get my act in gear!

I'll be researching commercial kitchen options and packaging in the very near future, so this holiday season can be celebrated by many with fresh Baklava Truffles!
