POV: It’s barely 9:00 AM, animals are fed, the machinery is (mostly) cooperating, the dogs are judging my pace, and I have finally consumed enough breakfast and caffeine to remember my own name. ☕️✨

Who needs a 9-to-5 when you can cram a whole 8-hour shift into the sunrise hours?

Now, if anyone needs me, I’ll be just staring at the next project that needs to be addressed. 🛠️🌾

Dinner Last Night Was Next Level! 🍗🍳🔥

This is what happens when you combine our pasture-raised chicken quarters with a fresh egg wash and then add a lil pizzaz to [boiled] eggs that came straight from our ladies!

We whipped up these crispy chicken quarters last night, and the secret to that ultimate golden crust was using one of our own rich homestead eggs to coat the chicken before baking. When you start with slow-grown, pasture-raised chicken, the flavor and texture simply blow store-bought food out of the water.

This Memorial Day , as we gather around the table with family and friends, we are holding space for deep gratitude. Today is all about honoring the incredible courage and sacrifice of the heroes who gave everything for our freedom, and we don't take a single quiet morning for granted.
