We love a great wine pairing dinner. Chilled melon with fresh prosciutto, creamy burrata topped with fresh Beats, balsamic drizzle. Paired with chilled champagne. Balsamic glazed salmon, baby squash followed by frenched chicken breast, pearl onions, sauteed carrots with a red wine reduction. Paired with red burgundies. Beautiful summer day to host an event for the YMCA. Cocktails and tray passed hors d'oeuvres. Sirloin beef skewers, Harissa sauce.
