We have the most amazing little community, and we couldn’t be more grateful for YOU! 💕 This morning all donations were transported to Owosso Community Airport and will be on their way to North Carolina tomorrow!

A big big thank you to Winds Air LLC for organizing this donation drive and providing the most crucial transportation 🙏 Look how full their hanger is!

And a special personal thank you to Jess at Wholesome Grounds for supporting Red’s spontaneous endeavors, donating the supply of disposable cups (and so much more!), and helping load all of the donations 😅💕

FILL THE FARMSTAND FOR NC

When we opened our farm stand in 2022, we looked forward to giving back to the community. Although our garden has had different plans, it is important for us to continue using our space to give back. Our hearts are saddened that this is how we are coming together to “re-open” our Farmstand; But as a strong uplifting community, we can positively impact the lives of those devastated the most.

Wednesday October 2nd through Monday October 7th, we invite you to help us fill the Farmstand with donations for Hurricane Helene flood victims in North Carolina. *ITEM LIST IN COMMENTS*

On Tuesday October 8th, all donations will be transported to Owosso Community Airport, where Winds Air LLC is collecting and then transporting donations down south. With spring/summer produce being our main focus, the winter is pretty uneventful around our farm. But we love spending our down time with one of our favorite fur friends, Rosie 🥰 She was super curious about the new friends on our farm, and Stripes was happy to make her acquaintance!

We are proud to partner with Angus Cattle Co to offer green grassy pastures to some of their many cattle, so please give them a follow and support other local businesses in our community 💕

This summer we were given the opportunity to trade Grandpa’s non-running 1966 John Deere combine for a running 1948 Allis Chalmers C model tractor. For the last two years, we have been doing everything by hand with no mechanical help, so little ‘ol Allis is putting in some work! While the 21 hp engine is only a small improvement for our farm, it is a huge improvement on what we will be able to start accomplishing!

We have been quite busy behind the scenes 😅 From barely a walking path to so much room for activities! We intend to keep this as a storage barn, but it’s just one step closer to our final goal of welcoming visitors to our farm!

We have filled 4 30-yard dumpsters, brought in numerous antique pickers, and hosted a handful of barn sales. There was a lot of blood, sweat, and tears on our end, but it still wouldn’t have been possible without the community’s support. Thank you to everyone who stopped by over the summer, took stuff off our hands, offered words of encouragement, and shared stories with us 🙏🏼

We received a very special delivery today!

We are excited to announce our partnership with Angus Cattle Co 🐮 The installation of the new cattle pasture is complete and these Black Angus beauties are loving the tall grass

We love to see them, and are happy to help support other local farmers to keep our agriculture community thriving here in Laingsburg!

We have been doing a lot of work behind the scenes this year, with the eventual goal of being able to welcome the community to our farm for events, gatherings, and activities! We have more to come this year, and LOTS more anticipated for next year. We can’t wait for you to join us! 🥳

We were recently contacted by a film producer looking for older run down farms for his next horror film. Our farm was the chosen location, and we were honored to host Swallow Your Soul Media cast & crew yesterday! 🎥🎞🎬

We appreciate everyone who was respectfully curious from the road, and we will give more info on the movie release when it becomes available 🥳
