It seems they have a mixture of Mexican and Dominican snacks
We tried so many things and loved it all!

🇵🇷🇨🇳 We had the pleasure of trying Puerto Rican/Chinese fusion cuisine and it was EVERYTHING!!!!

🍣We tried the sushi which was wrapped in plantains instead of seaweed

We also tried the pepper steak which was accompanied with mofongo instead of the traditional rice!

This mashup was such a delight and to whomever thought of this concept… 🧑‍🍳 😘

🇵🇪 🇨🇴Today we tried Peruvian/ Colombian fusion cuisine at a fairly new local restaurant
🥩 we tried ribeye chicharron
🐙 fried calamari
🍖Colombian Grill that serves 2
And finally 🍫 Churros dipped in Nutella

The guacamole and plantains made the chicharron dish! I couldn’t stop eating it!
The Colombian Grill was good and more than enough for 2 ppl
The Churros, as I was eating I kept saying to myself… these are the best churros I’ve ever had, what’s different?! 🤔 finally one of the servers stopped by and said it’s filled with dulce de leche… so it’s more like 2 dips with it!

So gracious for the owners who stayed open when we walked in 20 minutes before closing
Everything was DELICIOUS and the servings were so generous!
