Glades Ridge Dairy offers all of our products to the Gainesville and Jacksonville area through local farmer's markets. We have raw unpasteurized whole goat milk and cow milk, and Chevre and cow milk ricotta cheese, Kefir, Goat Milk Fudge (Dark Chocolate, Peanut Butter), and farm raised meat - goat, pork, lamb, and beef. We have naturally raised eggs from free range hens. We also offer Goat Meat a

nd Pork, and Lamb and Beef (cuts, whole and half) when available. Please see our most recent Facebook updates for available cuts of meat. Our fruit and vegetable selection includes Asian pears, loquats key lime, Cuban sour oranges, Meyer lemons and other citrus. All of our raw dairy products are labeled "Animal Feed Supplement" according to Florida regulation.
