Incredibly grateful for our friends over at The Lake Charles Experience 's kind words and the hearts that they have for this community 🤟🏽💚

I used to drink energy drinks all the time, never really cared how bad they were for me until I found loaded teas via 1:16 Nutrition! Literally changed my life. If you’ve never tried a loaded tea or replacement shake from them, I would highly recommend stopping in and trying one out. The owners are incredible. The product is incredible and you’ll leave feeling energized - physically and spiritually. 🙏

Also you can grab our collaboration flavor the LCX-Tea! So why not?! 🤣

We are so grateful to be eligible for three different awards for the Lagniappe's "Best of SWLA"! 👏🏽

Even though it's not nor has it ever been about awards, recognition, or accolades for us here at 1:16 Nutrition, it's incredibly exciting and humbling at the same time to see our name on the ballots 🙌🏽

We've been blessed with the opportunity to wake up and do what we love each and every day in the community that we call home.
That in itself is an award to us 💚

If you've been to 1:16 Nutrition and would like to support us in the "Best of SWLA" voting, we would greatly appreciate it and have instructions on how to do so below! 🙏🏽

The categories that we are nominated for are "Loaded Tea", "Meal Replacement Shake", & "Smoothie"
