UPDATE: Surgery went well 😊. Thanks so much to everyone for all the prayers, texts, calls and sweet messages sent. I am especially thankful to my family and bestie who have been taking such good care of me as I recover. Those of you who dropped off food ♥️ it is all so appreciated!!!

First I want to begin with a huge THANK YOU to everyone for the patience you have extended as I have taken time away from my little apple venture. I am incredibly grateful to all of you. I wouldn’t have it if it wasn’t for all of you who have faithfully supported me since the beginning and those who have come along for the ride since I started. I do plan to get back to it SOON.

When Darrell was sick I put some things on the back burner that are now needing attention. The first thing is getting some relief for my hands. Tomorrow (Monday, April 13th) morning I will be having my first surgery. Please pray that all goes well and that I am able to bounce back and get the other done soon after. I will keep ya’ll posted 😃 🙏🏻

We are looking for someone from 12-6, 3 to 4 days a week and at least 2 Saturdays a month.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude for the incredible outpouring of generosity from so many of you. From the cash donations to the gift cards and meals, drinks, etc. Your kindness has sustained us through this difficult week and will help continue to carry us forward.

Many of you have checked in to see if I’ll be making apples & treats again—and the answer is YES 🍏❤️😊 ! I love what I do and can’t wait to get back to it. However, I’ve decided to take a short break first to focus on much-needed rest. I am physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted, and I truly appreciate your patience. Please keep me in your prayers as I find my footing to navigate the adjustments ahead. 'Thank you' feels far too small for how much I truly appreciate all of you. Alyx Mullins and I feel the love and are so truly blessed ♥️

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Darrell’s passing last night. Alyx and I were blessed to be at his beside each holding a hand. We will share service arrangements as soon as they are finalized. Thank you all for the incredible support and prayers during this long and tough road

As I sit here and listen to Darrell softly breathe in and out, I am acutely aware of how few breaths remain on this side of heaven and despite being utterly exhausted after five days of very little sleep, I am cherishing every quiet, late-night, and early-morning moment with him. 🥹❤️ While Darrell can no longer speak, there is such a sweetness in the unspoken communication of a gentle hand squeeze when I ask him a question. It’s a beautiful reminder that connection doesn't always need words.

I wanted to be open and transparent with everyone about what’s going on this week. My husband’s health took a difficult turn last week and declined further over the weekend. Barring a miracle from God, it appears we are nearing the end of his journey. To focus entirely on him, I am pausing all custom Valentine’s Day orders. Creating treat’s remains a therapeutic outlet for me during this time, so I will still be making a few items as I am able. I’ll post these as ready-made treat boxes whenever they are available. Thank you for your love, support, prayers and understanding.

‼️ UPDATE: Pop-Up Cancelled

I apologize for the last-minute change, but I am unable to make it to the "Cool Kid Friday" pop-up at Lake Street Liquor today. Due to unexpected health issues with my husband this week, I was unable to prepare in time.

I do have a limited number of apples ready. If you were planning to stop by, please message me directly to coordinate a pickup.
