Our Production Operator role is a great opportunity to work for an outstanding privately held organization, that supports our employees and provides growth opportunities to candidates looking to grow and advance.

Our 47 year strong company is growing and expanding We are seeking Production Operators to join our team!

Must be able to work various shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate area operations and activities with the lead operator
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Ability to drive forklift.
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload and lift 50lbs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work any shift and some weekends.
• Boiler license is a plus, but not required.

Starting salary is $17.00 per hour

Interested in getting your boiler's license? We will pay for your class and you will receive a $2.00 per hour increase upon completion!

At the Oak Center location, we blend dairy ingredients and cheese byproducts to create a high-quality dried cheese ingredient for use in pet foods. On our production side employees load and unloaded trucks using forklifts and package the finished product for final shipment. On our pre-blend side employees use a drum turner to dump cheese into a blender for mixing and then pump the mixture through a drier to turn it into a powder product.
