HELLO FRIENDS!

We are still here, alive and kicking - JC and I thought it's the perfect weekend to make some BBQ and enjoy the beautiful weather. What do you think?!

Here's the perimeters if you want some delicious meats, please read all the info:
📍Pickup Sunday, April 14th between 2-4PM at our home in Lake Elmo
📍BRISKET AND SHREDDED PORK ONLY by the pound or whole.
📍BRISKET $27 per pound or $200 for entire brisket, sliced.
📍PORK $25 per pound or $80 for whole pork shoulder, shredded.
📍ORDER CUTOFF WILL HAVE TO BE FRIDAY (APRIL 12TH) EVENING BY 9PM - I know it's a quick turnaround but it's an even quicker hustle and mad dash for us to get enough of everything.
📍CASH/VENMO/PAYPAL ONLY.
I do not have our menu website anymore, so you will need to either message me on social media with your contact information or text our business line 612.470.7595. I will be checking frequently and responding.

📍📍PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU CANNOT COMMIT. Our bbq takes so much time/energy/love and we only buy prime beef, which costs more. We do this because quality has always been our #1. I would prefer 50% payment up front.📍📍

Hi Friends!

We've been quiet since shutting down the trailer last season, taking our time to slow down and be reflective on how we wanted to handle the changes in our lives. JC and I chose to sell our trailer last year, we have LOVED our business, and serving all of you, that choice was so incredibly hard and one we thought about for months. The Saltbox allowed us to make impactful relationships within our own community and with our repeat customers. Your constant love for The Saltbox BBQ kept us going, but we were burning the candle at both ends for three seasons and we needed a change, we needed our time back with our kids and family.

So - we will not be out in the public with a trailer anymore, but, likely once a month during the warm weather months we will offer a bulk meat sale via preorder only, and a 2-hour pickup window time on a specified day. The pickup location will be somewhere in Lake Elmo or the surrounding area. If this is of interest to you, please keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages for sale updates.

IT'S FALL Y'ALL!

Come spend a beautiful Saturday with us at Rustic Roots Winery in Scandia. We will be there from 1-6PM, or sold out. For meat choices will have limited brisket, lots of pork for sandwiches and MacDaddy's, and ribs! Plenty of macaroni and cheese and of course the beans.

Hi Friends!

On Saturday we will have brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and roasted garlic sausage sold by the half pound! We grind, season, stuff, and smoke all of our sausages, and the flavor on this one is so fantastic I can't wait for everyone to try it.

Happy 3rd birthday to The Saltbox! We're taking the weekend to work on house projects and spend some quality time with our kids. We have a private event this coming weekend, and we are looking forward to seeing everyone at the festival on Sept 17th!
