To our amazing customers and community,

Five years ago, we took over Fire Tower Pizza with the hopes of making delicious food for you all and to help the Elmore Store continue to be the thriving hub of our small town.  Five years later, it is exactly that. 

We are overjoyed to welcome Jason Clark, an Elmore resident and long time chef/caterer as the new operator of the store.  We know that with the Elmore Community Trust's care and stewardship of the building, Jason's understanding of the town and experience with food, this institution will be in good hands for years to come. We will be making pizza for the next month or so, but after that we are choosing to spend some time with our families and pursue other opportunities. 

We thank you for all of the support, brilliant conversations and deep sense of community that has fed us while we've fed you these past years.  We ask you to please welcome Jason, support the store and do your part to keep the heart of our town beating!  See you on the other side of the counter!
