The third year of brewing a Fresh Hop beer is underway today.
These premium Cascade hops were picked this past Saturday by members of the Geneva Beer Enthusiasts at our friends Terrie and Barry Mess's house. They were able to get 19 pounds that we will use in this yet to be named Pale Ale. We'll let you know this year's name after the next Geneva Beer Enthusiasts meeting.
