Inappropriate Brewing, Inc. Inappropriate Brewing, Inc. is a startup brewery out of Lake Geneva, WI that brews beer with an inappropriate twist!

Please come join us on our journey and become part of our story as we grow. IB started out when a couple of friends in February of 2012, who enjoy good beer, decided to try their hand at home-brewing beer in a kitchen in Pell Lake, WI. There was a lot of trial and error in learning how to brew over a small stove while making some huge messes. After a couple of attempts some beer was born which bro

ught the need for a get together to celebrate their success and of course drink the beer! Well, as you know when family and friends get together and enjoy a couple of good frosty brews the jokes, drinking games and funny comments start to flow right along with the beer. After the evening went on, the comments and jokes started to get funnier especially after having just a few more beers. As the jokes started getting more crass one of the wives' said "that is inappropriate" and kept repeating that phrase throughout the night as the comments just kept flowing right along with the beer. Now you know why we are "Inappropriate Brewing" as we are the inappropriate brewers. We came up with our logo that fits both the name of the company and the fun and commradier that friends have when enjoying a good time together. And the rest is history.....

So in November of 2012 we decided to start the business and we are inviting you to join us on our journey to becoming a great brewery that inspires fun. We are in the process of tweaking our recipes, obtaining the numerous licenses & permits required and building the brand and would like to share our progress along the this journey. And remember unlike those other breweries we don't take down inappropriate posts;)

The Nun told me Yo mama's milk does a body good. But I say if you kick the dog out of the tub so you can flick the bean, the quaker that you thought you broke might just prefer men@night. Keep one eye open something new is coming.

We have had some changes lately which is why we have not posted,we have been focusing on our new brew equipment. Today we are brewing Yo Mama's Milk (a chocolate milk stout)! We appreciate all our fans and stay tuned.

IB Beer Showcase for the week:

Yo Mama's Milk- 1.060 O.G. 5 1/4% ABV.

Yo Mama's Milk is a milk stout that is brewed with lactose sugar and flaked barley for a body of creamy sweetness that fills your mouth. The jet black color comes from the heaping amount of roasted grains that adds a complex bittnerness that balances out the flavor. We then lace it with pure cacao nibs in the secondary process that provides a long rich chocolate finsish.

The opaque ebony color topped with a dark foam is reminiscent of espresso lace with chocolate liqueur. This full-bodied and filling beer has just a hint of bbittersweetness around the edges.

Goes great with your favorite cookie, cake or other dessert.
