PSA TO ALL OUR AMAZING SUPPORTERS.........

I feel I owe an apology and explanation for lack of communication and service overall up to our standards lately. Over the last 3 months or so most of you guys know I've been trying to help my mother with her mental health and it's been an indescribable struggle. I LOVE this country but our medical system touts mental health as a serious issue but DOES NOT follow up with action. Seems to be nothing more than talking points for the talking heads. We've spoke to 12 different "doctors" over the 3 months all saying the same thing.... if she's not suicidal or homicidal theres nothing we can do. THAT'S THE STANDARD OF CARE IN THE USA?!? Finally after going to an ER and not taking no for an answer my mom is getting the help she needs and deserves. THANK GOD! Sorry for the short rant but something needs a serious change in this country in the way we approach mental health issues.

Long story short, I'm not here to make excuses just felt i owed an explanation because we value each and every one of you, new and old! Thank you for your continued support 🙏 and we will be getting back to OUR STANDARD OF SERVICE AGAIN!!

Any other breeders/sellers having issues with UPS and their ridiculous machines saying your boxes are somehow 2" bigger than you list in the shipping label?? Then naturally getting hit with overage fees $$?

UPS used to be the top 🐕 for Next Day shipping, now their customer service is awful, the drivers toss boxes labeled LIVE FISH and now back charging their customers that make up a massive % of the Next Day revenue.

Don't get me started on trying to file a claim.....
