We’re busy in the bakery getting ready for tomorrow’s market at A Place in the Son Nursery, and we’ll be bringing along all your favorite Oak & Ember classic sourdough flavors!

But this week, there’s something new coming out of the Oak & Ember Test Kitchen… 👀

🍫 BROWN BUTTER BROOKIES

Part rich, fudgy brownie. Part chewy brown butter chocolate chip cookie. All kinds of ridiculous. 🤎

This is a Test Kitchen recipe, which means tomorrow’s market crowd gets to be among the first to try it! We’ll have a limited batch featured at our booth, and we definitely want to hear your verdict:

🚗 BUT WAIT… YOU DON’T HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL SUNDAY ANYMORE!

We’re excited to announce that Oak & Ember Bakery is now offering local delivery to DeLand and surrounding areas Thursday through Saturday from 10 AM–2 PM! 🙌

That means fresh bread delivered right to you during the week OR you can still choose our Sunday Market Pickup from 10 AM–2 PM.

Our bread is made slow, and that means we need a little time to make it right—so get those preorders in early! Orders for delivery need to be placed at least 2 days ahead to give us time to ferment, bake, and get everything ready for you.

Whether we’re bringing the bread to your door or handing you a loaf at the market, we’re incredibly grateful that you continue to make room for our little bakery at your table. 🤍

Sweet, savory, a little spicy, and packed with flavor. This one is quickly becoming a favorite!

We’ve been tweaking our recipe, and the results are everything we hoped for. Think ooey, gooey, buttery caramel cinnamon rolls with all that warm cinnamon goodness baked right in. Trust us—you’re going to want one. 🤤
