The beauty of this Season for me is the return of so many fresh favorites that make meals instantly more memorable.

The next one in our line-up is our Green Goodness. Our house made aioli with copious amounts of cilantro. It is great as a foundation on pita bread, on a salad, a (sweet)potato (thank you Loïc for the tip!), grilled chicken, your piece of fish, you name it, it makes meals effortlessly delicious and colorful. The only caveat ~ you need to like cilantro. It is Summer! And nothing screams “American summer” quite like blueberries! Try our blueberry pie, this weekend Pakatakan Farmers' Market Pleasantville Farmers Market Troy Waterfront Farmers Market Callicoon Farmers' Market.

We love this classic Summer dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but truly it does not need a topping. It is sweet, juicy and just perfect the way it is!

Just a handful of different ways we like to eat our salsa and bruschetta topping or drink our icy spicy gazpacho (preferably on our sun ☀️dappled porch).

Our salsa and bruschetta are the Summer staples in my fridge, delicious to serve with ciabatta bread (our bruschetta is the perfect foundation for a homemade panzanella), with a bbq grilled piece of chicken or fish.
