Local Community Supported Agriculture Farm Meadowlark Farm is proudly entering our 29th year of feeding people in Grand Traverse and Leelanau Counties.

As the first CSA in Leelanau County, we offer curated boxes of organic vegetables, baby ginger and culinary herbs coupled with a weekly newsletter that includes a recipe and tips for enjoying your box. Look for our salad mix, garlic, heirloom tomatoes and other vegetables in season at Hansens, the Leland Mercantile, Oryana, Oryana West, Burritts and Martha's Leelanau Table. We are certified organic with OEFFA(Ohio Ecological Food and Farming Association).

Spring shares are just weeks away and will include so much green goodness, including this red tabby spinach that’s been overwintering in our hoophouses under all this snow. We can’t wait to do another season of community supported agriculture with yall 💚💚💚

We are offering a one time box this Friday 1/21 and it’s the last chance to sign up! Email us at [email protected] by the end of tomorrow to sign up and receive more info about pricing and pick up (farm and TC options). Stored away under all this snow we have root veggies galore like butternut squash, beets, and sweet winter carrots, garlic, shallots and soooo many potatoes. We’ll also be cutting fresh microgreens like radish and pea shoots for a burst of green goodness. Don’t miss out y’all!!

We also want to share an update that we are hard at work planning for the 2026 season, writing our yearly letter and getting the sign up form together. We are doing it all virtually, which is very different for us… on the plus side, Jenny and Jon are enjoying the filter options lol. It’s been a hard year, but we are ready to make another season happen, and we couldn’t do it without yalls investment and trust in us.

Another summer season has passed, and we are, as always, grateful and humbled by your support as we do this beautiful thing called Community Supported Agriculture together. We are excited to begin the fall season, and invite you to sign up for our fall share which runs October 24th - December 19th. To sign up, email us at [email protected]. The meadowlark crew is busy harvesting and storing giant sunshine and delicata squash, rainbow potatoes and sweet carrots and beets. The Brussels sprouts and ginger are sizing up nicely, and we are turning the hoophouses and planting the salad, spinach and bok choi gems you don’t have to miss out on in the cold months. All of this will be offered weekly, with additional offerings each week, not to mention a HUGE thanksgiving box valued at over $80!! We look forward to feeding your families for another season 🧡
