6/24 Update: We picked the very last of the Earliglow strawberries yesterday, and they all went to Sara Hardy Farmers Market this morning! They are small, but they are sweet! The market runs from 8-Noon, but we’d suggest going on the early side in case we run out. At the farm, we’ll have our farmstand open at 9 am, filling pre-orders, and we’ll have a few extra flats to sell, but not a lot. If you’re looking to pick up a flat without a pre-order Thursday-Friday would be better (assuming it doesn’t rain).

6/22/26 Update: Our farmstand will be OPEN, stocked, and staffed with strawberries today from 9 am-noon. Today & tomorrow are good days to visit our stand without a pre-order. Tuesday we’ll have Early Glow strawberries at the Glen Arbor Farmers Market & Wednesday the Downtown Traverse City Farmers Market (8-noon). We do have online ordering open on our website (link in comments), including for pick up at the Wednesday market in TC. With our smaller crop we still have a lot of berries, but we just aren’t getting them delivered to all our normal locations.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there! Today, our farmstand will be closed except for the preorders we committed to filling. Enjoy the day everyone! We do have a short crop this season, so we just won’t be able to pick as many berries or fill as many orders this season.

It’s been a rough season for us, but the strawberries 🍓 do taste amazing! Yesterday afternoon we picked these little gems & they’ll be at Sara Hardy Farmers Market this morning, ready to go at 7:30 AM. At the farm, we’ll have our farmstand open at 9 am, mostly to fill preorders, but we should have some extra flats at the farm as well. We do expect we’ll be sold out for walk up traffic within the first hour.

6/18/26 Thursday (TODAY) we are CLOSED all day due to overnight rains, a wet morning, and the fact that our strawberry 🍓 fields could use a day to ripen up. We’re happy for the 🌧️ rain, as the berries needed it. Our plans are to have strawberries at our farmstand on Friday at 9 am, as well as some at the Northport farmers market on Friday (9 am) & Saturday (7:30 am). It looks like our overall production is down significantly this season and our supply is more limited. Saturday, we’ll be picking our second variety, the Jewels, Ana we hope the picture changes a bit. We wish it was different, but that’s farming for you! ☔️💦

We appreciate all the strawberry love! We wanted to do an update that our early glow production appears to be down by around 50% which is devastating to us. Hopefully, things will improve – but it does mean that for this week and weekend, we will not have an abundance of berries. Farming has its challenges, and for us this wasn’t the best day. We are committed to filling the pre-orders that already have been made via our website, and doing our best to spread the rest around to as many people as possible. We are limiting the number of pre-orders we will take for the rest of this week (we are not reserving any more flats Wed thru at least Sat). We do have a second variety of strawberry, the “Jewel,” which we will start picking later next week – so hopefully things will improve with that. We would advise checking our answering machine before making a special trip to our farmstand, especially for the next few days. At the farmers markets where we sell this week, we may have a small supply of strawberries available, as well some beautiful cut flowers, carrots from our hoophouse, and strawberry preserves. Thanks for understanding.

Our little self-serve roadside farmstand is open for the season! We should have asparagus for the next few weeks. Our asparagus is $6/bunch and grown with no herbicides or any sprays at all. And we are bursting with tomato 🍅 & herb plants for your garden. Our tomato plants are $4 each, grown in Dairy Doo seed starter mix and our varieties include: sun gold cherry, super sweet 100 cherry, pink bumblebee cherry, tidy treats (red cherry good for containers), San marzano, black krim, brandywine, porkchop, Cherokee purple, big beef, celebrity, pink Berkeley Tie Die, early girl. We’ll be putting out even more varieties in the next few days. And for those wondering about strawberries 🍓, we’re a good 3-4 weeks out yet, but we’ll update as we get closer :) 🍅
