Don’t let me loose at the market…
Actually do, definitely do. So happy I got to stroll the Shorewood Farmers Market today! 🥰 It’s a rare occasion bc I’m usually pretty glued to my booth. I had help today which made this beautiful haul possible! 🥒🍉🫜🍅🥖 I love supporting other local makers, growers, & artists. Fills my soul in a special typa way. So much respect for my fellow vendors. I see you 🫶

Got rained out today at my market! 😭 Help me get these juices into your hands! 😂 You can either pick up at the Rock Lake Activity Center in Lake Mills, or I can deliver to LM, Fort, Jefferson, JCreek, & Cambridge (or anywhere else close-ish to LM) with an order minimum of $30. Welp, first time I’ve ever heard of Fig Lemonade 💜 This will be a one-time special due to the labor involved 😅 but it turned out really good 😋 FRESH (not dried) FIGS, lemon, coconut sugar, maple syrup, + water 🍋

GINGER 🤝 LUNG HEALTH 🫁 After the air quality we all just experienced, ginger root can be a helpful plant friend to have in your back pocket 🫚 I actually didn’t know about this until I came across a video by Healing With Rio 🪶. He explains that Gingerols (compounds found in ginger) protect the lining of your airways, especially when you’re exposed to pollutants and smoke! Very happy that the smoke is clearing up now and we can safely attend markets this weekend. See you at the Beloit Farmers Market tomorrow & Shorewood Farmers Market on Sunday. I’ll have lots of ginger shots as usual 💛
