We have identified invasive snails in Lake Nebagamon, both Chinese Mystery Snails and Banded Mystery Snails.

The Chinese Mystery Snails have densely populated the Northwest Bay.

NLA landowners in NW Bay have removed tens of thousands of mystery snails this summer. And now, landowners are reporting invasive snails throughout the lake.

To respond to this invasion, we need to take actions.

In August, do a survey to count all the snails you find (and remove) in front of your property.
