✨ Some nights find you at exactly the right moment…. when you needed the reminder more than you even realized! Last night was THAT night for me ✨
Thank you to everybodyeatsagency and Natalie Lane for creating space for a real, real, REAL AF conversations with the powerhouse that is none other than Emma Grede 🔥🔥
📝 What I’m taking with me:
✨ Bet on yourself before anyone else does
✨ Stop waiting for the perfect time to build the damn thing, you don't need permission, and learn by simply putting it in motion and stay hungry to learn. ✨ Hard is not a sign to stop, it’s information and part of the work (challenging myself to get more uncomfortable being uncomfortable)
✨ And bring people with you (trust is everything, people are everything), curate your table of people
Emma’s authenticity + belief in what’s possible was inspiring yet real. Looking around the pearl room at Powells last night…. many friends faces, many new faces, many entrepreneurs building, risking, creating, and betting on themselves… last night I was reminded why PDX is so DAMN special!!!! Leaving so inspired, re-energized, and a little bit in awe of the magic of PDX ⚡️
