Proposed SOP standard lacing, body, and overall balance aren’t beginner, 1st hatch birds. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident.

And yeah… when people shift to volume over improvement, one will start seeing:

* blown-out, brassy lacing
* poor body depth (long backs, legs, bad type)

That’s the difference between breeding for the standard (improving) vs breeding for sales.

Hold onto that line and protect the type and do not cut corners 🙏🏻

Not all breeding programs are built the same.
Some chase profit.
Some protect the breed.
