A thousand times better than any Slurpee/Icee you'll ever have! Watermelon Granita is my go to dessert for hot summer days. Thanks to Center Hill Farm U-Pick for the watermelon šŸ‰.

Ingredients: watermelon, lemon juice (and the tiniest bit of sweetener, but it's not needed if you get a perfectly ripe watermelon.)

Hope y'all are having a grand summer, I am taking suggestions for the upcoming Summer Sourdough Pick-up from the House menu. (I really need to come up with a shorter name for that!) So far we have Honey Wheat Sandwich Loaf, Pick-up Your Flavor Bagels. Lemme know what you would like to see on the menu.

*I am still on vacation, myself, but am thinking ahead to the first of the Summer Sourdough Pick-ups from the house near the end of the month. I already have Honey Wheat Sandwich Loaf and Bagels on the menu. What else would you like to see on that menu??
