Brownie bottom strawberry cheesecake.
I followed a recipe but will tweak it to make it better than it is. Thinking of sharing it then.....hmmm. soft Brownie with baked vanilla cheesecake topped with my towns home grown strawberries and chocolate icing! This is my daughter in laws ( Phil's side) Tamara's 31st Birthday ! Love her!
