Crazy busy week for us....but the life of working for ourselves and sharing what we love is one we would not change!

Wednesday we will be sharing our love of Cooking at the Summer Sessions of Tastes of Highlands Wednesday Evening Food Events 5:30-8:00

The Annual Caladium Festival takes over our town this weekend. Jeddy will be popping up outside the The Market Hub Bakery & Kitchen serving his delicious Brekkies 9am on Friday plus he has a few other ideas he will be serving up. And you will find our seasonings and many other creations we love to share inside the store!

Saturday Jeddy and Parker will be set up at the Lake Placid Farmer’s Market - FL 8:00am to 1:30......go grab breakfast or lunch and your favorite seasonings......can"t make it there you can find lots of Southern Sol options at the Market Hub Bakery & kitchen 148 E Interlake Blvd Saturday.

We don't just make these foods at the Lake Placid Farmer’s Market - FL on Saturdays or at Tastes of Highlands on Wednesday nights. These are the same meals we make at home every day.

This morning it was thick-cut local sourdough (jalapeno cheddar from Platt Creek Sourdough), farm-fresh eggs, bacon (seasoned with Jeddy's, of course), chipotle mayo (made with Wholly Smoked Jalapeno seasoning, ah yes!) and plenty of cheese... because, well, it's cheese.

These aren't recipes we dreamed up for a booth or a photoshoot. These are the meals that we cook everyday and have been served at our family's table for years.

The same foods our seasonings see every single day, we love sharing with you.

There are moments you don't realize you're creating until years later.

More than a decade ago, our boys stood behind a folding table at a farmers market helping us share a seasoning we'd been making for family and friends for years.

Today they're grown men with their own paths, their own interests, and their own dreams. Yet somehow our seasonings still bring us together.

The meals change. The people grow. Life takes unexpected turns.

Maybe that's one of the things we've always loved most about cooking and having a dinner gathering.

Some things remain. Food has a way of bringing us back together. And that means more to us than we can express.
