Hey y'all.

I know we've been saying we are going to be there for you at the Snohomish market this week, and that still MAY be true. The thing is, when I was parking last night, one of Cucina's wheels popped off.

Limped her to Les Schwab this morning and it seems that the whole axle needs replacement now due to damage that has been building. They said they will have to order this special axle made by Dexter (made in the USA!!) Which may take more than a week to arrive. If that's the case, we are too late to apply for a permit to use Rosa (our little oven), and since we cannot promise that we will be there, I wanted to make a post early. Please forgive us if we don't make it, we did not mean to ditch you!!!

We will keep you updated.

Been a while since we posted!

Got to go out to Mount Vernon Christian School today for their Fall Festival. It's always nice feeding people in the Skagit Valley, where our flour comes from. Today, we were less than 20 miles from our mill

Thanks for having us out to feed you.

Lots of families and kids out having a blast. I only heard "six seven" twice, so color me surprised...

PS. Don't sleep on if you see them out and about - their tacos are downright tenacious with a smoky sauce that surprises and excites a boy like myself.

We have to make posts to keep the content fresh. Speaking of fresh: how about this crew? We have two different vibes going on here, and I have to know what type of music they would be putting out? What album are we dropping? I'm getting wannabe Creed and wannabe Hansen, but that's just me.

Also, a lovely Lindsay cooking pizza at a 260 person event we did earlier in the summer

Just spent a day at Laterus Winery, making pizza for their release. Look, we prepared for a lot of people, and still SOLD OUT! 140 pizzas sold. Tyler and his crew are some of the kindest, most personable human beings you'll meet, and his wine club members reflect that same energy.

If you're ever in Snohomish/maltby, and you want some great wine and great company, give them a try. Laterus Winery, you guys are top notch.
