Tuscan Chicken Meatball Gnocchi. A comfort dinner loved by all. Made up of our Italian-style chicken meatballs, pillowy gnocchi, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic & onions, with fresh spinach, Italian parsley, and a basil chiffonade. It all comes together in a Parmesan cream gravy that you’ll be dreaming about until next time. Fire.

I remember one time a year or so ago when I made 230 meatballs and I thought that was so crazy and almost comical, like omg look at me and my iNsAnE amount of meatballs 🤪 Well little Alicia, your 230 meatballs are pretty cute but get a loada the ❤️‍🔥1,050 meatballs❤️‍🔥 ya girl made today!
We grind the chicken ourselves, chop fresh herbs, grate fresh cheese, season with authority, and roll each of these babes up by hand because, 1) You deserve the best. And 2) It’s important to me to be able to brag about how much work we put into making this iNsAnE amount of meatballs 😎
