What my family had for dinner: These thick pork loin chops covered in a yummy mushroom gravy and those green beans that have been hanging out in the freezer for months went perfectly with the Stovetop stuffing. My dad loved Stovetop and seemed to always forget that he already had some in the pantry which has left us with… a lot of Stovetop. So this one was for Dad! He thought everything I made was the best thing he had ever tasted but he would have REALLY loved this one 😇

What my family (and guests) had for dinner tonight: Simple but delicious shrimp, garlic butter mashed potaters, and a Hump Day salad I threw together of arugula, cucumbers, avocado, red onions, dill, feta, lemon, the nice olive oil, and the best tomatoes I’ve ever had.
