I got tired of replacing mine, so I built something different.

These are **custom formed and poured mortar raised garden beds**, built on site to create a strong, permanent growing space without relying on wooden walls that eventually deteriorate.

The beds you see in these photos are the ones I built for our own garden.

And the harvest photos show what happened next.

Turnips. Sweet potatoes. Squash. Tomatoes. Peppers. Onions. Greens and plenty more.

This isn't just something I'm offering because I know how to build it. I've actually lived with these beds, grown food in them and seen how well they've worked in a Florida backyard.

Tonight’s experiment: SMOKED VENISON & MICROGREENS PIZZA. 🍕🌱

We smoked venison crumble on the grill with olive oil and spices, then smoked a pan loaded with diced onions, mushrooms, zucchini, and mini sweet bell peppers tossed in olive oil and infused flavored oils.
The seasoning included Celtic salt, black pepper, garlic, aglio olio garlic & spicy seasoning, a little sage, umami seasoning, and a few other touches.

Then came Cooper cheese, the smoked venison, all those smoky vegetables, and into the oven it went.
After baking, we let the pizza cool just enough and finished it with a generous pile of fresh Ferpher Farms SuperFood Mix microgreens.

Hot, smoky, cheesy pizza underneath. Fresh, crisp microgreens on top.

That’s how we like to eat our greens. 🌱

This morning’s microgreens smoothie was too good not to share! 🌱🥤

Today’s blend included:

🌱 Pea microgreens
🌻 Sunflower microgreens
🍈 Cantaloupe microgreens
🥬 Red Russian kale microgreens
🥦 Broccoli microgreens
🥄 Chia seeds
🥄 Flax seeds
🥄 H**p seeds

Everything was organic, fresh and absolutely delicious.

Adding microgreens to your smoothies is one of the easiest ways to bring more fresh, nutrient-dense plants into your daily routine. No complicated recipe. Just blend your favorite combination with fruit, juice, coconut water or another liquid you enjoy.

You don’t have to change your entire diet overnight. Start by upgrading something you already consume. A daily smoothie is a perfect place to begin.
