We grilled one of our Akaushi chuck roasts low and slow this weekend and honestly… it ate more like a steak than a roast. Incredible marbling, rich flavor, fork tender, and packed with that buttery Akaushi goodness.

This is exactly why we love raising Akaushi beef — even the “everyday” cuts turn into something special on the grill. 🥩
