The rain always brings new babies. For anyone interested in purchasing Golden Certified F1 Brangus bulls in the future, they are hitting the ground now. They won’t be ready to sell until 2028 but always good to plan ahead.

Our replacements have made it through the winter on nothing but citrus peel, Riomax tubs and some hemarthria hay and have currently been exposed to RA Brown Angus bull for 45 days. We don’t feed much corn or grain as this changes the enzymes in the rumen and they are not able to digest grass efficiently, they eat grass but they can’t digest it. Therefore, we concentrate on roughage and fiber intake. Our girls are bred and fed to maintain body condition in the pasture.

Merry belated Christmas 🎄 It was a busy one for us, full of friends, family, food and love. Our tractor got a Christmas makeover (complete with Florida cracker and whip) and showed up for the Tiger Creek Forest parade. The flag says it all… Faith, Family, Cattle.
