Can’t decide which loaf to try? Enjoy a variety of flavors with our Sourdough Sampler Box! Each box includes four mini sourdough loaves - one Classic Sourdough and three loaves featuring different inclusions or toppings.

The flavor combination changes weekly, making each box a delicious new experience. Looking for specific flavors? Let me know when placing your order, and I’ll do my best to accommodate a custom selection when possible.

Hi and welcome! 👋

I’m Katerina, and every Thursday I bake fresh sourdough bread for my local community in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

🍞 Fresh sourdough bread is available for pre-order every Sunday 11 AM- Wednesday 8am, with porch pickup every Thursday.

My bread is made the traditional way using organic flour, water, sea salt and a long fermentation process. Simple ingredients, slow fermentation, and plenty of care go into every loaf 🌾💛

Every recipe I make is prepared with high-quality ingredients because these are the same products I use to bake for my own family. I believe good food starts with good ingredients, and that’s something I never compromise on.

This week, we’re also welcoming a new item to the menu: 🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookies!

I’m so excited to share my homemade recipe with you. Made with fine Belgian chocolate chunks, these cookies have a perfectly balanced sweetness and plenty of rich chocolate in every bite.

Whether you’re a longtime sourdough lover or just discovering artisan bread, I’m so glad you’re here😊❤️

A little peek behind the scenes of this week's bake day.
Mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking- one loaf at a time.
Each loaf goes through a slow 24-hour fermentation process to develop flavor and texture naturally.
There's a lot that goes into each bread drop, and I wouldn't have it any other way💛🤗
