Deli Direct Inc For over three decades, Deli Direct has been a beacon of excellence in the world of specialty foods. Growing up in our family business was how it all started.

Perl Sausage, (a sausage manufacturing company) was based in Chicago. My seven brothers and I were all put to work in the business. Upon graduating from college, getting married, starting a family, my next goal was to start my own business. Growing up in the sausage industry… it seemed like a natural. Thus, at age 25, was the start of Deli Direct! It was rough going at the beginning but with determination, a deep desire and lots of work…. we made it!
