Our annual Barrel-Aged Father’s Day Weekend is back.

Join us this Friday through Sunday at both locations for a weekend of smoked BBQ specials, rare barrel-aged beers on tap, and special to-go releases worth bringing home.

Keep the glass this weekend—$15 gets you a core pour in a branded stemmed glass you can take with you.

If you're heading to Lake Zurich, we've got live music all weekend, free pinball & a game lounge set up.

We’ll also be opening at 10am in Lake Zurich on Saturday and Sunday, giving you a little extra time to settle in and enjoy the weekend.

Meet Eunoia 24, our newest Ambassador-Exclusive release.

Aged an average of 18 months in a blend of Elijah Craig, Henry McKenna, and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. The time in oak built deep layers of dark chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, and warm bourbon character throughout.
After blending, the stout was conditioned on Tala coffee, hazelnut, and marshmallow. The Tala coffee reinforces the roasted backbone already present in the malt, adding a clean, slightly dark-fruit espresso character without bitterness. The hazelnut brings a subtle nuttiness that rounds the mid-palate and softens the oak edge. The marshmallow adds a gentle sweetness on the back end, not cloying, just enough to pull it all together.

The result is a layered stout, built over 18 months in thoughtfully selected bourbon casks and finished supporting flavor additions.

Tonight we kick things off with karaoke—your chance to grab the mic and set the tone for the weekend.

Friday, plays live from 5-8pm, and Saturday night takes the stage with another great set.

Then on Sunday, June 7th from 10AM–2PM, we roll into our Car Show. Bring out the classics, customs, and everything in between—$20 registration gets you entered and eligible for our Best in Show prize.

Pick-ups begin Friday, June 10th at 11:00 AM at both our ELMHURST Taproom + Kitchen and LAKE ZURICH Taproom - this is the OPEN time of both locations. The pickup window ends Sunday, June 28th at the close of both locations: Elmhurst Taproom + Kitchen (9:00 PM on Sundays) Lake Zurich Taproom (7:00 PM on Sundays)
