A Bushel of Apples is back for another fall.

Our annual collaboration with Chicago’s original caramel apple, Affy Tapple - The Original Caramel Apple!, is officially on tap and stock in our coolers at both taprooms starting tomorrow! This golden ale brings crisp apple character together with Affy Tapple’s signature caramel sweetness and roasted peanuts for a beer that tastes like fall.

This marks year seven of the collaboration, and as always, a portion of proceeds benefits Gigi’s Playhouse Deerfield and their mission to create acceptance and belonging for individuals with Down syndrome.

And if you’re ready for even more A Bushel of Apples, Fall Fest is coming back to the Phase Three - Lake Zurich taproom, October 16 - 18. More on that soon.

Think you can hold it?

We’re officially a qualifying venue for the 2026 Illinois Steinholding State Tournament — and it all goes down at our Oktoberfest celebration at Lake Zurich on September 19.

We’re looking for men and women to compete for a chance at the State Finals in October.

Entry is $25 and includes a 1L stein of P3 Oktoberfest to hold, drink & take home.
