Serranos and jalapeños for salsa, poblanos for roasting, padróns for blistering in a hot pan, cayenne for drying. Habaneros are close but not there yet.

Happy Easter from Wildwood Hollow Farm.

We’ve got new piglets on the ground, the farm is waking up, and we’re looking forward to a season full of flowers and fresh produce. Alayna already has tomatoes thriving in the tunnels and pepper plants growing strong, getting ready to be topped and transplanted. Spring doesn’t wait around here and neither do we.
