It has been a wonderful, colorful, and busy week for us at JJ's. We are grateful for new friends, potential partnerships, and amazing opportunities to serve the beautiful people of Lakeland.

Tomorrow’s Menu:
* Hariyali Tacos – vibrant, Indian-spiced, herb-marinated goodness wrapped in every bite along with delicious sides like fresh Tortilla chips, Seasoned Basmati Rice, Rajma Chilli, and Mumbai Fiesta Salad.

* Desi Masala Burgers – juicy, cheesy, flavor-packed (Beef, Chicken, Tofu) burgers with our signature sauces with a side of Masala Fries.

* Pani Puri (NEW!) – crispy puris filled with spiced potatoes, chickpeas, fresh veggies, zesty mint chutney, sweet tamarind-date chutney, and sev accompanied by a refreshing masala pani to pour into the puri. Enjoy this flavor bomb in ONE bite!

Happy Thursday Beautiful People of Lakeland!

This week at CoHatch was quieter than usual. Not just for us, but for many businesses downtown. Quiet days are hard. They are when doubt, fear, and uncertainty speak the loudest. What more can we do when we’ve done everything we can? We wait, we trust, and we choose to walk by faith, not by sight.

Even in the quiet, God showed up. This Tuesday brought new faces, people curious about what we’re building, who stayed to share kind words, helpful feedback, and even offered to help. In moments of discouragement, He sends encouragement. We may not always see it coming, but His presence is undeniable.

For anyone walking their own entrepreneurial path, hang on. Stay in the game. God is at work even in the silence. Ask for His guidance, take His hand, and step into the unknown with confidence that He who created and called you will equip you for the season you’re in.

Now, let’s talk about food that lifts the spirit. Our menu is here and it’s ready to wow your taste buds. Tikka Naanwiches with Chicken or Tofu and our much-loved Desi Burgers in Beef, Chicken, or Veggie will be waiting for you. Join us Friday at Catapult Lakeland from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring friends. Good food tastes even better with great company.

Happy Monday Friends!

Mondays feel a little sacred to me. A chance to pause, reflect, and thank God for the people, conversations, opportunities, and strength He continues to provide week after week.

This past weekend was especially meaningful personally as well as a business. It was deeply humbling to have been given a platform to share my heart at the 3rd Annual Health and Wellness Expo hosted by Devoted to Her. Thank you Samantha J Minor for extending the opportunity to step out in faith and obedience. It was delightlful to be a part of the Expo as JJ's Fusion Khaana served downstairs as a vendor. It was a beautiful day meeting new faces, sharing food, hearing stories, and having the opportunity to speak about something the Lord has been pressing deeply on my heart lately… living with eternity as our focal point. In a world constantly pulling our attention in every direction, I believe there is something powerful about slowing down long enough to ask ourselves what truly matters and how we are loving people along the way.

This weekend also stretched us in new ways as we took on our very first fully vegan Indian wedding catering. It was challenging, time pressed, exhausting, and incredibly rewarding all at once. With an amazing team, sleeves rolled up, and all hands on deck, we served two nights of flavorful Indian food with joy and gratitude.

Now we step into another busy, faith fueled week ahead filled with our regular popups, new conversations, familiar faces, and more opportunities to serve Lakeland through bold flavors and meaningful connection. Every popup continues to help support Orphans Light and the work being done beyond the borders of our city, and for that we are deeply grateful.

Lakeland, thank you for continuing to show up, share our posts, tell your friends, bring your coworkers, and support this growing dream. Happy Thursday Beautiful People!

Lakeland… y’all have kept us BUSY in the best way this week.

From meeting wonderful new Lakelanders, hardworking entrepreneurs, fellow CoHatchers, and even a whole crew of Publix employees, our hearts are incredibly full. This month’s brought the heat with our much talked about Masala Chicken Salad and those flavor packed Desi Masala Burgers. The aroma filling COhatch felt like joy, hope, and home all at once.

One of my favorite moments this week was getting to serve Chef Marcos Fernandez from 1961 as he stopped into CoHatch in the middle of his busy day. Truly humbling. Lakeland, thank you for loving and supporting this vision of ours. On the really hard days, your encouragement gives us the courage to keep showing up and taking the next step forward.

And because many of you continue choosing JJ’s week after week, you are helping us partner with organizations like Orphan's Light Peggy McGowen to love and serve beyond the borders of Lakeland. Every popup, every plate of goodness, every cup of deliciousness, every conversation around our table becomes part of a much bigger story. For that, we are deeply grateful.

Now… it’s time for at Catapult Lakeland from 11am-3pm.
Butterchicken Tacos are BACK.
Tofu Makani Tacos are ready for my vegetarian friends. And yes… the talk of the town Desi Burgers are waiting for you too. Beef, Chicken, and Veggie options are available.

We are deeply honored to be part of Samantha J Minor 's Devoted to Her Annual Health & Wellness Expo at CoHatch this Saturday while also serving lunch at our regular spot in FRONT of Teriyaki Madness Lakeland Downtown Farmers Curb Market. Come shop local, support amazing businesses, sip some chai, eat good food, and hopefully leave a little more joyful than when you arrived.

Personally, I’m especially honored to stand beside Samantha. Her resilience, faith, and story point so beautifully to the goodness of God. I’m humbled to share space with her and honored to speak what the Lord has placed on my heart for those who choose to linger a little longer and listen to what this little brown girl has to say. If you’re the praying kind, I’d truly appreciate your prayers this weekend.

Happy Monday Friends!

Hope you had an amazing weekend and are ready to take on whatever this week holds for you. Some days can be hard, but remember God's grace is sufficient for you. You don't have to do it alone. Ask for help, lean on those God has placed around you, and sometimes it is okay to step away, eat something sweet, and take a nap. Just don't sleep too long or eat till you trigger diabetes!

Last week was a lot for JJ's Fusion Khaana!
Nothing went according to our plans. We learned to fail forward with a smile, pivot with grace, and praise through frustrations. We also learned that it's important to wait till the end, God always has a purpose even on the most chaotic or dull days. We are grateful for a flexible team with positive attitude, wonderful customers and supporters, and for the many new faces we got to serve. Our team worked hard, endured ugly heat, and lived to testify of God's faithfulness.

👉🏽Tomorrow is Downtown Lakeland’s . We're serving something a little different... Masala Chicken Salad! Yup, we made this a few weeks ago for the Luau hosted by the Lakeland Chamber and it was a HIT. So, why not do it again! We will also have our delicious
Desi Masala Burgers to order. Make sure you don't skip the Iced Masala Chai folks, it's a taste you're gonna keep coming back for. We'll be serving from 430pm-8pm.

👉🏽 is not far off. JJ's will be back at CoHatch for Lunch from 11am-2pm. Tell your friends, family, and coworkers they can stop by for some yummy Butterchicken / Tofu Channa Rice bowls, Naanwiches, and Samosas. It is always a joy to serve you dear friends.

Happy Thursday, Friends!

The last two days at CoHatch have been such a gift. It has been wonderful meeting new faces, hearing your stories, and watching people take that first bite and light up as they experience the bold, comforting flavors that make JJ’s Fusion Khaana what it is. Every conversation, every smile, and every “I’ve never tasted anything like this before” reminds us why we do what we do.

And tonight, we are stepping into a brand new space. For the first time ever, JJ's Fusion Khaana will be at 👉🏽SWAN BREWING from 6 PM to 9 PM, and we are so excited to serve the amazing people of Lakeland in a fresh new setting. If you’re looking for chill vibes, great community, and food that hits the spot, come hang out with us tonight.

Now let’s talk about what’s coming tomorrow for at Catapult Lakeland pfrom 11am-3pm.
Butter Chicken Quesadillas.
Yes, you read that right.
Golden crispy tortillas loaded with cheesy, flavor-packed goodness, infused with the rich, creamy warmth of our Butterchicken or Masala Tofu. It’s comfort food with a bold, Desi touch. Honestly, how can you turn that down?

Also, JJ's Fusion Khaana will also be at CoHatch with our much talked about Iced Masala on Saturday at the Indoor Market hosted by Polk County Women Mean Business as well as at our regular spot in front of Teriyaki Madness. Stop by to say hello to Mina and feel free to sample our Masala Chai if you haven't done so already. Full market menu will be available at our tent.
