Enjoyed a day of inspiration at The Art of Tablescaping hosted by . The details of each table were so creative, beautiful, and inspiring. Some of my favorite side dishes are also the simplest, and these Roasted Carrots with Rosemary are a perfect example.
They roast in the oven while the rest of dinner comes together, caramelizing beautifully and filling the kitchen with the most wonderful rosemary aroma. Elegant enough for a holiday table, easy enough for a weeknight meal.
