Crystal Rock began as a delivery company in 1914 in Stamford, Connecticut. Ever since Crystal Rock was started by Henry Baker, Sr., our mission has been to deliver great-tasting water. Today, Crystal Rock offers a multitude of drinking water options—

including Spring, Fluoridated, Purified and Distilled—that can be delivered straight to your home or office with the selection of 3- or 5-gallon bottles and cased water. Crystal Rock has grown in both products and states we serve offering home and office deliveries as well as water purification services and retail options through refill and exchange. Even though our service area has grown to cover the Northeast, and we deliver more than just water, our goal remains the same, it is to provide quick, easy, and affordable services and we strive to deliver on it every day.

In 1914, Crystal Rock started delivering water from a horse-drawn cart to homes in lower Fairfield County Connecticut. Although transportation methods have changed, Crystal Rock is a single source provider of water, coffee and office products. In 2001 Crystal Rock and Vermont Pure merged to become the Northeast's leader in total refreshment for home and office. Now, Crystal Rock and Vermont Pure are a part of our DS Services of America, Inc family of brands. One of the nation's leading operators in the U.S. Home and Office Beverage Delivery market, DS Services of America, Inc. offers our million plus customers bottled water, water filtration and coffee and tea services via a full portfolio of great American brands.
