Good evening, our preorder is now LIVE!

The website where you can order is linked in our bio. From there, you can choose what meal you’d like and prepay, all in one stop!

Pre-orders close on Friday, November 21st at 12pm. Pickup will be at Old South Country Market on Saturday, November 22nd from 11am-1:30pm.

We have the following amounts available:

• 12 chopped brisket meals
• 14 sliced brisket meals
• 7 rib meals
• 17 plain sausage meals
• 12 jalapeño cheddar meals
• 13 pulled pork/pulled pork sandwich meals
• 1 classic loaf with honey butter
• 1 apple butter banana bread with honey butter
• Unlimited slices of banana bread and cookies

Please let us know if you have any questions. We’ll see y’all on the 22nd and thank y’all as always :)

Happy Sunday everybody! Our next sale date is Saturday, November 22th at Old South Country Market from 11am-1pm. We are doing pre-orders only and will have a set number of meals available. We will post how many we’ll have available in the coming days.

The order cutoff date for a whole rack of ribs, pork butt, or whole brisket is November 15th and the cutoff date for meals is November 20th.

If you’d like to order, send us a message! We will reserve your meal or meat and send you an invoice to prepay. Thanks and we’re looking forward to seeing everybody :)

Hey, everybody! We’re selling BBQ at the fall night market in downtown Lakeland tomorrow, Saturday, October 25th! The night market begins at 5PM and we’ll be on the corner of Pine Street and Kentucky Avenue. See you out there 🤠

Hey everybody! Thank yall for a great turnout this last Saturday! Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be there this coming Saturday, September 27.

We will be back at the market in October, so stay tuned! We will also be at the Fall Night Market downtown on October 25.

Come see us this Saturday for our maiden voyage at the Lakeland Farmer’s Market!

We will have Texas style brisket, big big beef ribs, pork spare ribs, pulled pork, scratch-made sausage, cheese grits, kimchi, desserts, and more! We are also launching a special breakfast menu for the market, so come on out and grab a bite!

We want to say thank you so much to everyone who has supported and continues to support us! It has been our dream to be at the market and it would not have been possible without you guys. We love to see you and serve you, and you are greatly appreciated :)

Hey everybody! We will be at the Lakeland Farmers Market on Saturday, September 20th and Saturday, September 27th from 8am-2pm!!!

Things have taken a lot longer than expected with our updated logo and branding, so our current theme is plain white pop up tent and Canva-created logo! That’s what we’ll be rocking for our first few visits at the market, but a new look is coming 👀
