A few weeks ago, our Emerging Leaders had the opportunity to visit the Anheuser-Busch Jacksonville Brewery for a behind-the-scenes look at the people, processes, and passion that bring our industry to life. 🍻

From learning more about the brewing and packaging process to gaining a deeper understanding of the operation as a whole, it was a day full of valuable insights and new perspectives.

A huge thank you to the Jacksonville Brewery team for welcoming us and sharing your knowledge. We’re grateful for opportunities like these to keep learning, growing, and developing the next generation of leaders at Bernie Little Distributors! 🌟

🌟 Investing in the future of BLD.

This year, we officially launched the BLD Emerging Leaders Program, a 12-month development experience created to identify, develop and invest in emerging leaders across our organization.

Our founding cohort brings together team members from Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Routing and Marketing, giving them the opportunity to learn beyond their day-to-day roles and gain a deeper understanding of our business as a whole.

Throughout the program, participants are taking part in leadership development workshops, executive mentorship, industry learning and networking, real BLD projects and experiences designed to challenge them to grow both personally and professionally.

Each Emerging Leader has also been paired with a member of BLD leadership who will serve as a mentor throughout the program, providing guidance, perspective and opportunities to learn from their experience.

We’re already underway, and there is plenty more to come over the next year. We’re proud to invest in our people, develop leaders from within and continue building the future of BLD. 🍻
