Three Sisters Catering

Three Sisters Catering Welcome to Three Sisters Catering. This business was born from my love of cooking and sharing food with others.

Growing up we always had a large garden and given my grandparent's depression era lifestyle, we never knew how many people would show up for dinner but always had plenty of good old fashioned food for everyone. Today, we live on a ranch in Lakeview, Oregon where we have chickens, a milk cow and raise a large Market Garden providing fresh wholesome food for the community. I cook all my foods from s

cratch and whenever possible avoid any processed foods. I specialize in using seasonal locally grown products to create a variety of custom and delicious meals

Every month the girls and I donate our time making a dinner and all proceeds go to the Elks Lodge. This Friday November 14 is our monthly Prime Rib Dinner that we donate to the Elks. Come out and eat some delicious gourmet food while supporting a local organization that in turn supports our community!

Our dinner this month welcomes in the fall with Prime rib encrusted with our Juniper Berry Spice Rub, Homemade Rustic Italian Bread, Green Salad with Apples candied pecans and a balsamic vinaigrette, Mashed Sweet Potato with sweetened cinnamon butter, fresh cranberries and Homemade Pumpkin Pie. And as always, everything is made from scratch. No premade Au Jus, No canned fruits or vegetables, just clean whole ingredients. $35

If you’re not an Elk, no worries, find a local Elks member, come as their guest and ask about joining.

Due to last week’s Prime Rib Dinner at the Elks prepared by the Turner’s and this Friday’s Dinner by P’s Que at the Nest we are postponing our Prime Rib Dinner but don’t worry this Friday we will still have a delicious dinner for you, just a slight menu change to manicotti. We know the Prime Rib was on your Elks Calendar and we apologize for the last minute change. Our goal in volunteering our time is to help the Elks generate revenue to their highest potential and statistics show that Prime Rib sales would be better if sold every other week versus 2 weeks in a row.

For Friday’s dinner is perfect for our recent chilly nights. You will be served fresh homemade manicottis, rustic Italian bread, Cesar salad with house made croutons and dressing and peach crisp made from peaches donated from Joe’s produce this summer. As always everything is made from scratch.

This month along with the Prime Rib, we will also be serving Risotto, marinated zucchini, a Caprese style green salad, focaccia bread, and of course Key Lime Pie. Dinners are $30 and I promise, you will not leave hungry.

As an FYI, we will NOT be making an August Prime Rib Dinner since all three girls are participating in the fair.
