Like many local pantries, the Lakeville Community Pantry had a busy August. The Pantry served 63 households, providing for 318 people throughout the month, an increase of nearly 70 people from July.

Our shelves could use some help with restocking. If you would like to help, current needs include:

Tuna
Canned meals
Canned chicken
Tomato paste
Baked beans/Pork & Beans
Cake mix and frosting
Brownie mix
Pudding
Instant potatoes
Hearty soups
Instant oatmeal
Peanut Butter & Jelly

Donations may be dropped off anytime in the box at 5687 Big Tree Rd., Lakeville. The box is monitored.

We thank you for your continued support of our efforts to help feed our neighbors.

The past week was one of the busier weeks at the Lakeville Community Pantry. Despite a huge shopping Monday to restock the shelves, we find we could use some more help.

Items needed:
Tuna
Canned meals
Diced tomatoes
Canned carrots
Pork and Beans/Baked beans
Tomato soup
Cream of mushroom soup
Hearty soups
Fruit cocktail
Pears
Pineapple
Instant mashed potatoes
Rice/Pasta side dishes
Elbow macaroni
Frosting
Chocolate pudding

The donation box is checked frequently; it is in the back of the church building ( 5687 Big Tree Rd., Lakeville).

On Wednesday August 19, 2026, between 5:30-7p, Laura will be at the pantry to help with SNAP applications and any questions you may have regarding SNAP. Please stop in to visit with Laura.

The Lakeville Community Pantry could use your help in supporting our neighbors. We need:
Pasta sauce
Peanut Butter and jelly
Pancake mix
Syrup
Cake mix and frosting
Canned corn
Canned cream corn
Canned meals( Spaghettios, Ravioli, Beefaroni)
Canned peaches
Shelf stable milk

Your gifts may be dropped off anytime in the binby the back door. Lakeville United Church of Christ, 5687 Big Tree Rd, Lakeville. The bin is checked frequently.

Thank you for your help in feeding our neighbors!

In July the Lakeville Community Pantry provided for a grand total of 189 adults and 57 children (54 households).

We couldn't do it without you. Thank you!

SNAP Coordinator Laura will be visiting the Lakeville Community Pantry Wednesday July 22 between 5:30-7p. She will advise interested people on the process and answer questions/concerns.
