What's cooking in your kitchen the rest of this week, and how will you buy local to support small farmers and local food resilience this year? 👩🏽‍🌾👨🏾‍🌾👩🏻‍🌾
•
Root veggies make for tasty casseroles, soups, and bakes this time of year offering warmth, substance, fiber, and nutrition straight from the earth. 🥔🥕🍠
•
These gorgeous veggies come from one of our farm partners, Acres Farm, operated by Warren Tech.
This operation brings education and industry together at Warren Tech's outdoor learning center, providing an experiential classroom for high school students. 🌽🥕🥬
