Soda Club is making its way from New York City to Denver, opening September 1 inside The Ramble Hotel in RiNo.

The original East Village location opened in 2021 and has earned four Michelin Bib Gourmand recognitions.

The menu centers around fresh handmade pasta, along with Roman-style pinsa made with long-fermented dough and dishes inspired by Sicilian cuisine and its Arab influences.

Go Fish Sushi has officially extended its hours, making late-night sushi a little easier to find! They’re now open until midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 2 AM Friday and Saturday.

The later hours come with a late-night happy hour every night. Sunday through Thursday, happy hour runs from 9 PM to close, while Friday and Saturday it starts at 10 PM and runs until close. Happy hour is dine-in only.

The menu has plenty to choose from, with regular sushi rolls starting at $5, specialty rolls starting at $10, and hot and cold small plates starting at $3, along with a selection of drink specials.

If Visit Telluride isn’t on your fall bucket list yet, add it! The mountains transform with golden aspens, making it such a beautiful way to get away and experience fall in Colorado.

🚡 One of the best ways to take in the views is the FREE gondola connecting Telluride and Mountain Village. The ride takes about 12 minutes and gives you incredible views of the surrounding mountains and town. The gondola is scheduled to stay open through October 25, 2026.

🍁 WHEN TO GO: Fall colors vary every year depending on the weather, but late September into early October is typically your best bet.

Whether you make it a weekend getaway or stay a little longer, there’s plenty to explore while taking in those incredible fall views. 🍂
